2011-2012 MVTH Lesson Schedule
WINTER SESSION
Registration Begins—week of Dec. 19 (NEW YEARLY packets for returning riders; newspaper ads; notify contacts)
NEW CLIENT Evaluations—Monday Jan 9 (FIRST TIME riders only at MVTH 4:30-7pm)
Volunteer Training—Saturday January 14 ( 9-1pm will focus on policy/checklists-NEW YEARLY paperwork updated on ALL Volunteers)
SESSION 1—Lessons begin—week of Jan 16
SESSION 1—Lessons end—week of March 5 (Rider evaluations given out at last lesson)
++BREAK++ week of March 12 NO LESSONS++
SPRING SESSION
Registration begins—Feb 20 (notice to returning riders; newspaper ads, notify contacts)
NEW CLIENT Evaluations-- Monday March 12 (FIRST TIME riders only 4:30-7pm)
Volunteer Training—Tues March 13 (6-8:30pm will focus on policy and checklists)
The date for the Annual Horse Show has been set for May 5, 2012, Be watching for more information as it is released.
SESSION 2—Lessons begin—week of Monday March 19
++EASTER BREAK++—week of April 8
SESSION 2—Lessons end—week of May 14 (rider evaluations given out at last lesson)
++SUMMER CAMP—week of June 4 AND/OR 11 ++ (limited # of riders times/ activities TBA)
